JOB SUMMARY:
Provide support to the Hiring Team in all aspects of Attorney Recruitment and Graduate Recruitment functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist in preparing search and offer approvals
- Oversee administration of application tracking systems
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on interview feedback
- Coordinate onboarding, pre-employment checks, conflicts, referencing, background checks and work authorizations.
- Create HR files for new joiners
- Arranging and attending events in the office or externally as required
- Assist in the production of confidential documents
- Assist in maintaining relationships with external agencies
- Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER JOB-RELATED COMPETENCIES:
- Knowledge or ability to learn relevant programmes (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrates a proactive and flexible approach
- Ability to be organized, handle multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work well in a demanding, fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to adjust hours and work the hours necessary to meet operating and business needs, including evenings when required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate degree
- 1 year Recruitment experience in a law firm or other professional services environment
