The new hire will join the Capital Markets Group. We are looking for an individual with 3 to 6 years' relevant UK post qualification experience in the London market, although those with less or more relevant experience will be considered on their merits. We are looking for candidates with a focus on English Law Equity Capital Markets experience and, in addition, either UK public M&A experience or UK Debt Capital Markets experience. Excellent written communication and drafting skills are also required as well as the ability to demonstrate initiative. A high level of academic achievement is also required. |

Pro bono
